This is the cover for April's issue of the Rearguard - The Subculture Issue. I was trying to go for an Andy Warhol feel. Also, if you feel your subculture is underrepresented, I'm sorry.

Also, if you don't pick it up, the prep image is simply a girl's chest. Irony at its finest.

Another great idea, but where are the backspacers?
Heh... I'm impressed that the 501st made the cut. Let's hear it for Vader's Fist!
hell yes 501st!

FURRIES. LMAO.

Personally, I'd put a distinction between geek (otaku!) and nerd (physics!), and have them both listed separately, but yeah... overlap, I guess. And there's only so many spaces for so many subcultures. =P

In short, WICKED cool. I like this better than the media one. <3

Nice. I really kind of want a screen-wallpaper-size version of this.

Art is dead, but FLEB just keeps on going.
Please tell me where I can find an issue of Rearguard. Specifically this one.

There are a lot of subcultures and each one has lots of variations... but this is a funny picture, anyway (Furry? 501st? LOL!)
